Acacia Honey
The year’s first taste of sweetness
The best of nature –
naturally for you!
When the acacia trees blossom in the May sun, the bees swarm and collect this pure honey from the white, fragrant flower clusters, producing a sweet, mild aroma and light color to get you in the mood for summer. This natural honey may recrystallize after a certain time as it is a 100% pure, unfiltered honey. By carefully heating it, the crystals can be melted down again.
Langnese Honey –
always a good idea
Our Acacia Honey adds a touch of delicate sweetness to tea, fruit, and muesli. Find out more about the countless uses for Langnese Honey:
High-quality Langnese Honey brings a delicate touch of sweetness to many a salad dressing – from the classic vinaigrette to the tangy honey and mustard dressing.
A bath in milk and honey was considered the ultimate beauty recipe in ancient Egypt. Why not simply do it like Cleopatra: mix one litre of milk and 150 g of Langnese Honey in the bathwater (approx. 38 degrees). If desired, 150 g of sea salt can also be added for those who like especially soft skin. Gently dab the skin dry after bathing.
Honey-sweet herbal mixture: blend two parts dried sage leaves with one part camomile and one part thyme. The ingredients are available in any well-stocked pharmacy. Brew one heaped teaspoon of the herbal mixture in a glass of hot water and steep it for ten minutes before straining it. Add one to two tablespoons of Langnese Honey and the juice of one lemon. Gargle the mixture by the spoonful before swallowing it.
