Bee Easy Mediterranean Flower Honey
When honey feels like holiday
The best of nature –
naturally for you!
Our Mediterranean Flower Honey is made by bees in sunny Mediterranean orchards at the height of the blooming period when they collect nectar from flourishing and fragrant blossoms. This is what gives our honey its mild and well-balanced taste. This natural honey may recrystallize after a certain time as it is a 100% pure, unfiltered honey. By carefully heating it, the crystals can be melted down again.
Langnese Honey –
always a good idea
Add our Mediterranean Flower Honey to naturally sweeten or refine the taste of tea, desserts, and pastries or use it as a delicious spread on bread or pancakes.
Whether tangy cheese, hearty roasts or flavoursome quiche, Langnese Honey quite simply turns savoury dishes into culinary delights. Naturally delicious!
A bath in milk and honey was considered the ultimate beauty recipe in ancient Egypt. Why not simply do it like Cleopatra: mix one litre of milk and 150 g of Langnese Honey in the bathwater (approx. 38 degrees). If desired, 150 g of sea salt can also be added for those who like especially soft skin. Gently dab the skin dry after bathing.
Honey-sweet herbal mixture: blend two parts dried sage leaves with one part camomile and one part thyme. The ingredients are available in any well-stocked pharmacy. Brew one heaped teaspoon of the herbal mixture in a glass of hot water and steep it for ten minutes before straining it. Add one to two tablespoons of Langnese Honey and the juice of one lemon. Gargle the mixture by the spoonful before swallowing it.
